Strengthen business relationships with conflict resolution strategies and techniques in this intensive, engaging and exercise-driven one-day
workshop!

Business environments are built upon complex relationships and agreements which are fraught with risk and can, therefore, create opportunities for conflict. Many of these conflicts can be avoided through an awareness of this potential and the prudent development of systems and policies which better align with preventive measures.

Advance knowledge of potential situations for conflict as well as development of the means and methods of efficiently resolving them, should they occur, are valuable risk management, and ultimately financial, tools for anyone involved in business relationships at any level - allowing business owners, executives, management and those in the workforce to strengthen and maximize valuable working relationships while minimizing risk, expense and production down-time.

In a competitive, complex and fast-paced business arena, most people want workable solutions, and they want them within a cooperative arrangement accounting for their greatest need and primary interests. Alternative Dispute Resolution offers that and then some, actually and frequently working to quickly strengthen existing relationships by focusing on mutual need and cooperative solution.
